<h2>Overview</h2>
<p>This website is operated by Cheeky Yule ("we", "us", "our"). These terms apply to every purchase made on cheekyyule.com. By placing an order, you agree to them. They don't affect your statutory rights as a consumer.</p>
<h2>Who can order</h2>
<p>You must be at least 18 years old and live in the United Kingdom or Ireland. Our products are intended for adults: our designs contain cheeky, adult humour.</p>
<h2>Products</h2>
<p>We do our best to show colours and designs accurately, but colours can look slightly different depending on your screen. Sizes are given as a guide: please use our <a href="/pages/size-guide">size finder</a>, as our hoodies fit small.</p>
<h2>Prices and payment</h2>
<p>Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) for the UK and in euros (EUR) for Ireland, and include VAT. Delivery is free. Payment is taken when you place your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.</p>
<h2>Offers</h2>
<p>Promotions such as "Buy 2, save 15%" are applied automatically at checkout, can't be combined with other offers unless stated, and may end at any time without affecting orders already placed.</p>
<h2>Your order</h2>
<p>After you order, we send you an order confirmation email. The contract between us is formed when we dispatch your order. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item is out of stock, if there's an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.</p>
<h2>Delivery</h2>
<p>Delivery times and details are set out in our <a href="/policies/shipping-policy">Shipping policy</a>. Delivery dates are estimates; we'll keep you informed if there's a delay.</p>
<h2>Right to cancel and returns</h2>
<p>You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. See our <a href="/policies/refund-policy">Refund policy</a> for how to return items and how refunds work.</p>
<h2>Faulty items</h2>
<p>If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under consumer law. Email us a photo and we'll sort it quickly.</p>
<h2>Liability</h2>
<p>We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.</p>
<h2>Personal data</h2>
<p>We use your personal data as described in our <a href="/policies/privacy-policy">Privacy policy</a>.</p>
<h2>Complaints</h2>
<p>If you're not happy, email <a href="mailto:contact@cheekyyule.com">contact@cheekyyule.com</a> and we'll do our best to resolve it within 14 days.</p>
<h2>Changes</h2>
<p>We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order.</p>
<h2>Governing law</h2>
<p>These terms are governed by the law of the country where you live (England and Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland or Ireland), and you can bring proceedings in your local courts.</p>
