Shipping policy

<h2>Where we deliver</h2>
<p>We currently deliver to the <strong>United Kingdom</strong> and <strong>Ireland</strong>.</p>
<h2>Cost</h2>
<p>Delivery is <strong>free</strong> on every order, with tracking.</p>
<h2>Delivery times</h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>Processing:</strong> 1 to 3 working days to prepare and dispatch your order.</li>
<li><strong>Transit:</strong> 4 to 8 working days after dispatch.</li>
<li><strong>Total:</strong> usually 5 to 10 working days from your order (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).</li>

<h2>Christmas</h2>
<p>To receive your order before 25 December, please order by <strong>10 December</strong>. Orders placed after that date are still shipped, but we can't guarantee delivery before Christmas.</p>
<h2>Tracking</h2>
<p>When your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking link. If you haven't received it within 4 working days of ordering, check your spam folder or email <a href="mailto:contact@cheekyyule.com">contact@cheekyyule.com</a>.</p>
<h2>Late or lost parcels</h2>
<p>If your parcel hasn't arrived 15 working days after you ordered, email us with your order number. We'll chase the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, send a replacement or refund you in full.</p>
<h2>Wrong address</h2>
<p>Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away: we can change it until the order is dispatched.</p>
