Refund policy

<h2>14-day returns</h2>
<p>You can cancel your order and return your hoodie within <strong>14 days of delivery</strong>, for any reason. This is in addition to your statutory rights.</p>
<h3>How to return</h3>
<ol>
<li>Email <a href="mailto:contact@cheekyyule.com">contact@cheekyyule.com</a> within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.</li>
<li>We reply within 24 hours with the return address and instructions. Please don't send anything back before you hear from us, as parcels sent to the wrong address can't be refunded.</li>
<li>Send the item back within 14 days of telling us, using a tracked service. Keep your proof of postage.</li>
</ol>
<h3>Condition</h3>
<p>Please return items unwashed, with their tags, in their original packaging if possible. You can try your hoodie on as you would in a shop. If an item comes back worn or damaged beyond that, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.</p>
<h3>Return postage</h3>
<p>If you've changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, return postage is paid by you. If the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover everything (see below).</p>
<h3>Refunds</h3>
<p>We refund the price of the returned items and the original delivery cost (if you paid any) within 14 days of receiving the return, or of receiving your proof of postage, whichever comes first. Refunds go to your original payment method.</p>
<h3>Faulty, damaged or wrong item</h3>
<p>Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, at your choice. You won't need to send the item back.</p>
<h3>Exchanges</h3>
