Where we deliver

We currently deliver to the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Cost

Delivery is free on every order, with tracking.

Delivery times

• Processing: 1 to 3 working days to prepare and dispatch your order.
• Transit: 4 to 8 working days after dispatch.
• Total: usually 5 to 10 working days from your order (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Christmas

To receive your order before 25 December, please order by 10 December. Orders placed after that date are still shipped, but we can't guarantee delivery before Christmas.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking link. If you haven't received it within 4 working days of ordering, check your spam folder or email contact@cheekyyule.com.

Late or lost parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived 15 working days after you ordered, email us with your order number. We'll chase the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, send a replacement or refund you in full.

Wrong address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away: we can change it until the order is dispatched.
