14-day returns

Changed your mind? You can return your order within 14 days of delivery, as long as it's unworn, unwashed and has its tags.

1. Email contact@cheekyyule.com with your order number.
2. We'll send you the return address and instructions.
3. Once we receive the item, we refund you within 14 days to your original payment method.

Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or wrong.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full. You don't need to send it back.

Wrong size?

Our hoodies fit small, so please check the size guide before ordering. If it doesn't fit, follow the return steps above.
